As CEO at Texicon, Mathias is the bridge between our clients and the work we deliver. He keeps scope in check, hours under control, and quality at the top. With a background in Digital Business Development, he combines disciplined project management with a strong passion for building the company.
Embret Roås
CTO
Although he can do both frontend and backend, Embret has become our dedicated frontend developer. He has a passion for creating great user experiences, including the one you're on now. He also has experience with 3D modeling and animation.

As Head of Design at Texicon, Oscar brings over four years of experience building cohesive design systems. He combines Glyphs, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma in his work, and is focused on striking the balance between aesthetics, functionality, and accessibility – something he considers as challenging as it is important.
